How much sugar is added with that fruit? What specific brand are you referring to?

For the majority of those although they taste fantastic, they are going to be loaded with sugars. It'll depend on how much that fact bothers your goals.

I haven't really set any concrete goals, I just try to eat healthily but I'm not a nutrition nazi.

I get fat free plain yogurt and cut some fruit into it. Tastes just as good if not better.

That takes some getting used to, but its a LOT healthier than doing anything else. I mix fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese (sometimes not) and flax seed meal to create a balanced meal.

Try pureeing some of the fruit in a blender of food processor and stirring it into the yogurt along with the fruit pieces. That'll get the fruit flavor all through the yogurt. If it isn't sweet enough but you don't want to add sugar, try Splenda.
