im 14 btw. I was wonderin if eating fruit for almost every meal would be a bad thing to do? Fruits are my favoriute food and are quite healthy should i lay off?

When you say you eat fruit for almost every meal, do you mean that fruit is all you eat for the whole meal? or do you mean you have fruit WITH every meal?
Only eating fruit would not be a good idea. You would be lacking in quite a bit of nutrition I'd imagine (calcium for one). I'm about to leave work so don't have time to write more, but I'm sure someone out there can give you info on this.

Yeah, that wouldn't be very balanced at all. There's nothing wrong with making fruit a larger part of your diet but you don't want to take anything too far.
How much fruit you have each day should depend on what your goals are. If you are just wanting to be healthy and fit, a piece of fruit with each meal is perfectly acceptable and very healthy.

always look elsewhere when on a reducing diet before you go chopping out fruits, veggies, protein, and whole grains.
kill the milk in the coffee or tea, the "fruitlike beverages", the fruit juice (since whole fruit is superior), the candy, the chips, the processed white flour, and so on first.

14 years of age definatly include fruit in every meal. There are other things to cut before them. If you are worried about weight gain take it all before 6 so the excess triglycerides stored can be used up for energy
