Good pre-bed snack
I always get these before bed cravings and have found a wonderful and addictive recipe to combat this. Before bedtime, usually around11-11:30pm, I'll mix 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, half scoop vanilla protein powder, some fat free low sugar chocolate pudding powder not alot though just a touch and 1/2 tsp of nat. pb. Mix, put it in the freezer for about 5min. just long enough to get it nice and cold but not frozen together. Not sure what the values are I haven't sat down and figured them out but you get some fats, a nice dose of protein for your body to chew on while your asleep and its virtually carb free. I'm not in a bulking phase either and haven't noticed any unwanted weight gains and this definitely kills those hunger pangs at night. Hope you like it.

I heard that. I'm giving a shot again this week. I tried FF last time. Now I have LF with the large curd. Maybe I just need to find the one I prefer.

I prefer the larger (dryer) curd cottage cheese.

Hey, I just had some of the large curd cottage cheese with a chicken breast and potatoes and it actually wasn't bad! Still not one of my favorites, but at least tolerable now.

Some people like their cottage cheese sweet but I am more of a sour person. Try it with some fresh ground pepper and salt and maybe some basil or other favorite spice.
Just a grilled chicken breast dipped in mustard is great too.

Mmm, I looooove me my cottage cheese! If you really can't stomach it, throw down a few eggs WITH the yolks.
