I've mentioned before that I'm always putting anything I can in 1%
lowfat cottage cheese. I'm finding that pretty much anything mixes well with it. Last night, I put a package of sugar-free chocate pudding mix in it. I really didn't think it would taste that good for some reason, but wow, was I wrong. If you like chocolate cream pie, this is what it reminds me of. It's a perfect and very healthy way to take care of a
sweet tooth. The only problem I'm finding with it is it's extremely difficult to put down. I have to be very disciplined not to eat the entire container at one sitting!
p.s. As I was sitting here typing this (having said it reminds me of chocolate cream pie), I just went upstairs and put some fat-free cool whip on top. Oh my gosh! Now I will have to be extremely careful with this. It's awesome! It tastes exactly like chocolate cream pie, to me anyway.
So if you find yourself having a sweet tooth and like chocolate, you might want to try this.
