healthy drunk

I wondering how to get drunk in a healthy way. I'm thinking of mixing vodka with fresca because it does'nt contain sugar only aspartame in the fresca. And a shot of vodka has less calories and sugar than beer!!! I'ts hard to go out and not drink when everybody else is so I fiqure I can be a healthy drunk.(maybe pushups between drinks also would'nt hurt) any healthy alcoholic drinks you guys know about??? only drink a few times a month!!! not a alcoholic!!!

I was always partial to a shot (or 6) of silver Bacardi and Diet Coke.

DOnt forget to hydrate yourself before and after. I am also starting to see things about ALCAR preventing some of the ethanol damage to cells. I will see if I can dig the studies back up.

Anything more than moderate drinking (a few at any one time) is not very healthy and can play havoc with your training efforts/results. Decide what is more important to you.... Your overall health and results you've been getting from your hard-earned training, or those next few drinks that will in essence allow you to "piss" away your results?
