Healthy Frozen Food?

Anyone can recommend some healthy frozen food at supermarket that i can atleast eat once a day?

I just need it to take to work monday - friday and eat it at break.

Also, sometimes, eat at home for a change.

Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? Nothing sold in that place has additives, preservatives or otherwise. The food is always good stuff and anything in the frozen section (that agrees with your macronutrient ratios) should be great.

If not you can always reheat food you cooked at home. Another option would be to buy the flavored tuna packages and take some wheat bread, it can make a decent snack/meal.

If you work near a supermarket you should see if it has a salad bar. A lot of them do these days and they can be pretty affordable.

Also, why does it have to be frozen? I'm assuming you have access to some sort of refrigerator/freezer/microwave area at work so why not do like sandwiches and fruit or something like that?

And if you don't have access to some sort of fridge maybe you could toss a small cooler either near your desk or in your car.

As far as frozen foods go, Lean Quisine is usually pretty clean and some it's pretty good. They ain't cheap but whattayagonnado, frozen foods rarely are.

I occasionally get Lean Cusinine meals. But like the above poster said their costly. I usually get frozen fruit in bulk, and I always leave leftovers from dinner and eat them the next day for lunch.
