what will work for you is if you compltely eliminate simple sugars (think of it as a nicotine addictione) and adopt a clean healthy way of eating for life.
I don't agree with
cheat meals (at least not after some time eating completely clean), and the cheat meals should not be lusted after, just treat it as an ordinary meal.
