help.....where is the protien


well....helo to you all and thanks....
I know that I need to eat 85-100 grams of protien a day.....but I dont know from what kind of food to eat....I know in egg's 6 grams......I eat an entire tuna can that means 33 grams........and cottage chees wich is 26 grams.....
and how much eggs can I aet in a day...please.....
so please are there better whay's to get my protien??.......

and can anyone help me orginaize the meal's time......like "in the morning 3 egg's" in the "afternoom cottage"....and so on.......

Do you eat pulses ? I:e beans and lentils?

first of all, what country are you from?
second, you should read the Sticky threads at the top of each forum


protein sources:
chicken, beef, fish, eggs, milk, beans, peanut butter, whey protein powder, and many more
the list goes on and on...


if you read the stickies, you would know that you need protein in every meal and you need to eat approximately every 3 hours for best results. you would also know that a good starting point for daily protein intake is about 1g of protein per lb. of lean mass.
