it all looks good, but id drop the berries bro... fruit has its places in a healthy diet...but not a bodybuilders or someone dieting to lose weight diet... unless maybe pre workout...but thats it.

Gotta disagree 3 servings of fruit 5 servings of veg should be a staple in any diet. However i would cut the berries from the last meal timing can be everything.

meal 1 use the yolks as well and you wont have to use as many eggs unless you have a hypercholesterolemia problem.

You need more vegetables and a better choice than just spinach for workout days

You should also introduce some goodfats nuts oils etc.

Ditto to Maxgain

Some other questions might be;
How long have you been doing this? Have you seen results?
How many calories are you targeting? How many calories are you eating?

How is the weight-loss going so far? What kind of progress have you seen with what you're currently doing?

BTW, it looks like you have a pretty good meal plan going there.

It looks fine to me. I would stick with it for 6 weeks or so and see if you are making progress. Then modify as needed.

you might read through this thread, Brie :: F 62" 119# – lose fat, to get some ideas on how your exercise flow and companion meal plan should align with each other.
