Here's the stats — too low or too high?

Ok heres about where I am averaging out on my daily intake. I am looking to lose around 20 pounds over time. But maintain quite a bit of my muscle. Are any of these numbers to high or low? I Workout about 4 times per week with 10-15 minutes of cardio before every workout.

Calories = 1758
Fat = 55
Carbs = 184
Protein = 129

Move the cardio to after your weight training, or better yet, completely seperate the two. Depending on the type of cardio, you might want to increase the length for better results.

From here it looks decent, but depending on your results, it'll probably need tweaking.

I also generally try to stay between 25-35g of fat, so you might want to replace 20g of fat with 40g total grams of protein/carbs.

I am going to take the other side of the fence. I would decrease carbs and up the healthy fats. Adding olive oil to all the shakes you take during the day except for post workout will give you healthy fat to take the place of the carbs.

If you are 192lbs 1442 calories is WAY TOO LOW!!

Focus more at 2000 calories with 120 grams of protein, 30-40 gms fat and the remainder carbs (mostly fresh veggies).

Do you think I will still lose weight eating 2000 calories a day? I have a hard time getting that many in.
