Hoodia Plant/Cactus

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone heard of this cactus, it's supposed to be an appetite suppresser with no side effects. If anyone knows anything about it and how effective it is or isn't please let me know!

Thanks and have a great day

Dana

Sorry not heard of it.
But if i was faced with a cactus for dinner my appetite would become suppressed lol.
If you use correct diet you wont get hungry and the need of hunger suppressants.
Try this, when hungry do sit ups (hoping you can)
The rush of blood to abdominal delays hunger, its an old method and works.
So before i get slaughtered on this try it 1st guys un gals

Supplements really won't do much until your diet and exercise are dialed in perfectly. Even then, they still don't do a whole lot.

What is your workout routine like now? What is your diet like? I think we should change your diet and exercise routine to meet your goals, rather than lightening your wallet with a supplement.

Wow! A miracle molecule that lets you drop pounds without adopting a healthy diet or exercising! It's been around for thousands of years, but is just now being discovered! And if you buy it, you get to help poor Africans.

Pardon me for being a bit skeptical. Momma always said, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I agree

: I totally agree, But i sent link so the person asking could read for their self that it is in clinical trials still and not available to the public.
Thus not get ripped off with false diet pills
But i agree that workouts and diet are the true way not some miracle pills.

The author ate "about half a banana's worth" of the hoodia plant to get the appetite suppressing effects. Does that much of the plant even come in a bottle on the shelf?
