La Victoria has a tasty sauce that's great on eggs. It's called a Salsa Brava, but I don't really think of it as salsa, since it's not chunky.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention a great source for hot stuff. They make a lot of tasty habanero pepper products.

Oh man... nobody mentioned Cholula. It's spicy, yet smooth and not all watery like Tabasco. Now, I like both, but if I had a choice, I'd go with Cholula. Here's what it looks like: http://www.cholula.com/images/bottle.gif
I put this on and in everything. Eggs, pizza, soups, country ham... you name it.

Texas Pete is not much more than vinegar and water.
Melinda's habanero sauce has awesome taste, with a little kick, but not too hot. Some of the big grocery stores carry it, and my local whole foods store carries it.
For real variety, there is a magazine my Dad gets called Mo Hotta Mo Betta. They have great stuff. One of my favorites was a habanero sauce with a mango base.
