how can I check my fat %??
and I work out 4 times aweak.....(boxing----military preps..)..
2 days - weight's and boxing.....
2 days - stamina : 1 - long runs 4-16 k'
------------------1- sprint's
push up, pull ups, sit up's, - every day 7 times a weak
I weight a bout 140lbs and 1.75m and I want to increase my muscel mass....is there any diffrent whay of training that I need to take or this whay will do...?!...
and does 85-100 grams of protien will do?.....
