How do I eat more ... eghh!

I can only eat so much during the day or at a time or I will not be hungry for later or will fill as if I am going to explode.

I have been upping my calories a good bit, but would like to up them more. I am struggling to up them as is. By the time I eat a big breakfast I am not hungry for lunch, and so on.

What are some of the foods that you guys eat that are high in calories, but not going to have me filled for too long of a period, therefore, allowing me to eat every 2-3 hours or so. I have basically been eating more, more often, currently. Instead of one sandwich for lunch, I eat two, instead of one sausage biscuit for breakfast, I eat two, etc.

Any suggestions?

You are doing it just right. Slowly up your calorie content until you can handle it. I went from eating about 1800 calories to 3000 calories of the course of about 3 weeks.

FOr instance, I would also get full after a small breakfast (Lets say 1/2cup of oatmeal). Now I can eat 1 cup oatmeal, 4 egg whites, and some toast and still not be full heh

Just do it gradually and you will be able to eat more no problem.
