1/3 cup of organic raw flax seed.
---soak for 8 hours in filtered water---
Blend with organic maple syrup and organic raw blueberries

I'm in the military, and I basically get paid to workout... not a bad deal at all.
I'll do this sometimes- literally. If I'm lazy I'll just eat raw oatmeal with cottage cheese or yogurt or milk or.... I just generally like the flavor of oats!
