4 ounces of nonfat milk,one minute in microwave then mix in 3/4 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Casein protein, stir well until nice and creamy, add in trader joes rolled oats.

2/3 cup of organic raw steel cut oats
1/3 cup of organic raw flax seed.
---soak for 8 hours in filtered water---
Blend with organic maple syrup and organic raw blueberries

solid... notice a trend?

i currently eat 1/2 oats with about 1/4 berries and a pinch of cinnamon.

I'll do this sometimes- literally. If I'm lazy I'll just eat raw oatmeal with cottage cheese or yogurt or milk or.... I just generally like the flavor of oats!
