How does my diet sound?

Well here is a list of what I generally eat during the day. Could I get some opinions on it? Keep in mind I am working on losing weight.

Breakfast:
1 ounce brown rice, 1 ounce oatmeal, berries, splenda, flax oil, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water

Mid morning snack:
Nutri grain cereal bar

Lunch:
Either soup or brown rice

Afternoon snack:
fruit or vegetables, when I am able to

Dinner:
6 inch sub from Subway. Generally a chicken pizziolla which consists of:
6" wheat bread
3 pieces pepperoni
cut up chicken
pizza sauce
mozzerella cheese
banana peppers
oregano

I have that dinner about 3-4 times per week. My weekends are a little different, I generally have one cheat day per weekend. I drink approximately 1 - 1.5 gallons of water per day. Actually, water is all I drink, it has been that way for about 4 years with the exception of an occasional Corona.

Anyway, let me know what you think.

Each meal should be balanced with some protein, carb and fats. A Nutrigrain bar is not a balanced meal. Add some cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs for protein. Also the carbs you are getting from it are mostly low quality. Switch it to an apple or orange would be better. Again Lunch and snacks need all three components - P/C/F.

I can probably do the boiled eggs. No chance in h*ll of me ever eating cottage cheese though. My stomach turns just thinking of it.

Does the dinner sound alright?

Thanks again!

Add more veggies if you can like cucumbers, tomatos, lettuce, pickles, olives are ok, sprouts, carrots, green, yellow or red bell peppers, and onions.

For spreadables - Eat all you want of salsa, mustard and marinara. Eat none or minimal amounts of mayo or miracle whip, bbq sauces, ketchup, pizza sauces, etc.

If I remember right you workout around dinner time. This dinner is fine if that is the case. If not cut out the bread and make it a salad.

Thanks. Right now I'm trying to figure out my goal. As soon as I lose another 3 pounds I will be down a total of 40 pounds. I'm really not sure if my goal is 175 or 180 now.

I work out around 4:00. I usually eat about 1/2 hour to an hour after I work out.
