I've been working out for about a year and while I've shed fat I haven't gained as much muscle as I'd like. After tracking my
caloric intake on fitday I realized that I'm taking in less than 2,000 cal/day on average. I'm 5'11, 180 so that is probably not enough to put on mass!
I made this shake this morning and may nurse one of these throughout the day. How does it sound?

I also try to eat 3-4 eggs in the morning (along with cereal, Cheerios) and at night try to eat 1-1.5
chicken breast(s) with some potato & veggie.
Just curious what your thoughts on the shake are, along with the breakfast & dinner plans. Thanks!
