Egg whites have no cholesterol - the cholesterol is all in the yolk, about 200 - 235 mg.

A great site to visit that breaks eveyrthing down for you is www.nutritiondata.com.

Vegan is right, 0 carbs, 0 carbs, nothing but nutrients and 4 g of protein in egg whites .

Protein is in the yolk, cholesterol, fat, and some nutrients.

The yolk is actually the richest soruce of nutrition, if you were going to throw part of the egg away you would heave out the white and eat the yolk. Of course the best method would be to eat the whole egg.

As for cholesterol, while there is no cholesterol for example in an apple, your body readily converts excess fructose to LDL cholesterol quite rapidly. It does the same to all carbs, the refined ones are extremely prone to it.

Thus there are many indirect vegan sources of very high cholesterol foods.

Yeah i have heard that as well, that refined carbs affect cholesterol substantially more than saturated fats or dietary cholesterol. You are only the second person to agree with me on that lol.

"Egg yolk is the inner portion of the egg and is a good source of protein, iron, vitamins A and D. Egg yolks are also high in cholesterol (about 213 milligrams per egg)."
