I'm 6'1 and 210Lbs 17% body fat. My goal for now is to stay at 210lbs while lowering my BF to around 12%. Anything lower than that would be extremely hard to keep. I think 12% will be enough to make my little lower gut go.
I have a very boring job. Basically sit at the computer the whole day. I bodybuild 3 times a week and run 2 times a week. How many calories should I be eating in order to reach my goal? I know in order to stay at 210lbs while lowering fat I will have to pack muscle.
After reaching 12% BF at 210lbs, I will try to reach 220lbs while trying to stay at 12% BF.
I know I need about 1g of protein per pound of
body weight, so in my case 210g of protein. But how many
daily calories? Thanks in advance.
