How to Eat, The Day After Eating Like A Moron

So I have this umm friend, and he paid almost $200 for Motley Crue tickets and figured, hey, I'm gonna have some fun today. So i....I mean my friend, went to lunch, had a steak meal, tailgate party with lots of preshow beer, then had lots of during show beer, then wen't out with friends after the concert for some more food!

How would you tell this friend he should eat the day after. Do you
a. Eat a normal healthy day diet watching portions, percentages and intake. - or -
b. Do a semi fast, or all protein shakes to undo the damage or something along those lines.

My "friend" is very lost on this matter.

you can't undo it - it's done.

just get back on the train and pick up where you left off.

Cheats are cheats, they happen. Minimize them and eat normally the next day.

don't worry about it, it's one day. Some people do that everyday. I guarantee you won't see any change, in anything. Just keep doing what you would regularly do, you're worrying over nothing

Well i should rephrase.

the crue tickets were $65 a peice. Once Ticketba$trd was done with all of their "convenience" charges - it was almost $200.

Why wouldn't one pay that to see them? They are some of the real greats from when they made real music.

Oh and what they all said about the cheats. Just don't ever do it again.

There's nothing you can do dietwise to make up for the damage done on a cheat day. Just try to minimize the number of cheat days going forward and keep yourself on track as much as possible, but you can't put those calories back on the shelf.

I got robbed $300 each for 2 backstage passes to Ozzfest this year, so I can understand your pain.
