There's a problem if you're looking at yourself in the mirror every hour. Just like you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday, you should assess your progress by the week at minimum... look at yourself in the mirror first thing in the morning before you've consumed any food or beverage...this is as close to you at your true weight as you'll get.
Weekly progress should be able to be seen simply by looking in the mirror, and it's the best way to gauge it. When you use calipers, you could be
losing fat, but also be losing muscle....and even tho the calipers say you're down, you're not getting full feedback on your true progress.
Same thing goes for the scale. Weigh yourself once per week first thing in the morning each time, but then look in the mirror and assess your physique that way. Too many people get hung up solely on numbers.
