How's my diet?

Hi everyone!

Some basic info is necessary I think. I'm 5'10, 164 pounds. I'm still pretty skinny but I've certainly gained some muscle in the 1 1/2 years I've been working out. I workout 4-5 days a week. But I've been feeling pretty stagnant the last 6 months or so. I haven't been able to gain any significant weight. So, browsing through these forums regarding how much to eat and what I came up with this plan. Hopefully someone can judge it for me and see what improvements it could use. Here goes:

1. oatmeal, big glass of milk, 2 slices of whole weat with cheese, 1 banana.

2. 1 banana + 1 orange in a bowl with cottage cheese, 1 whey protein shake.

3. Non-salted peanuts, protein bar.

Workout.

4. Protein Shake, yogurt.

5. 2 slices of whole weat with turkey meat plus an assortment of greens.

6. Pasta, with meat sauce.

And water throughout the day of course
I've been calculating the calories and protein for this and it seems right based on the recommendations on these forums.

Any ideas, comments?

Thank you in advance:

Viktor

It doesn't really look like enough food, just estimating the calories. Also you should be having carbs in your preworkout meal, and lots of carbs afterward. Maybe you should have your pasta as meal 3, and meal 3 as meal 6. That way you don't eat so many carbs in the evening.

hmm, adding the calories together I get something in the neighborhood of 3100-3200 a day. If this is too little maybe you can recommend something to add to my existing meals. Oh, and your reversal of meal 6 and 3 makes sense. I'll start doing that.

Thanks for the response.
