Apart from the bits of junk food you say you eat, your poor energy levels could be the result of low iron or a thyroid problem. Have them checked and look into the other symptoms related. They are problems you can't just correct with trying harder or choosing better foods.

I know about the iron problem from experience. It took me 4 months to get my iron back up to a level where I could workout at a level that gave me a challenge and it took another 4 to bring my iron levels up to normal.

I desperately wanted to try and correct it through food choices but it turned out that I require 900mg or iron a day. Supplementation is the only way.

I've heard of similar experiences from people who have a thyroid problem and then get it correctly diagnosed. Life's too short to ignore low energy issues. Go see if it's a medical issue.

I will try and pack all little things to eat during the day with me when I go to work. That is a good idea to eat it on my way to the "bathroom" or in the bathroom. However, I decided this weekend to give xenadrine nrg a try because some of my best friends are actually taking it to help them lose weight. I was a little hesitant on taking this but since it is working for them and no side effects (which is what I was worried about) I decided to go ahead and take it also. So far all I have is more energy which is great because that is what I need to get me to the gym and make me work out even more. I will keep eating healthy and keep track of how many calories I take in per day and I will also exercise regularly, changing up my fitness routine so my body does not get used to the same thing all the time. I hope this will help me achieve my goal!

whoever told you xenadrine has no side effects had better not be a practicing professional because they'll be up for malpractice. it contains ephedra.

the over 1,000 possible side effects associated with ephedra include racing heartbeat, jitters, sweats, panic attacks, insomnia, heart attack, convulsions, and stroke.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and spend it on a better gym membership, snazzy workout clothes that inspire you to get moving, a good Tae Bo or Firm video, a jump rope, or put it toward a vacation or something.
