I am never fulll

I honestly never feel full....I feel like I'm never going to loose weight because eating the amount of cals I should be eating does not keep me satisfied. I feel satisfied somewhere around 1600 cals.....I'm not full on 1300 cals. I eat protein and fat in all the meals. I'm not sure what I can do to help with this? I would think after about 3 weeks or so my stomach would adjust and be les hungry but that never seems to happen.

Any suggestions?

Lots of green veggies. They are pretty much free food. It's very hard to go over your calorie allotment on broccoli.

^^^ What she said.

It's going to take some effort on your part to ignore the old feelings of fullness and accept new ones.

How many meals a day are you eating?

Try to find food with more fibre.

try eating lemons, or drinking a lot of lemon juice- it's supposed to suppress your appetite! and Always count the vegies as part of your daily calorie income!

I know everyone is different, but for me, pedal to metal anaerobic training such as HIIT running has an amazing appetite suppressing effect on me.

I'm talking about training where I am at 90% plus of my maximum heart rate.

Pierini that makes sense to me because after I exercise I'm not hungry:confused:. I'm definetely starting those HIIT session ( 2 per week). I tried them once and I honestly couldnt do it....I had to stop. I will just have to push myself alittle harder.

The past 2 weeks I haen't aten right or exercises after 8 weeks of it but when I was hungry this is what I was eating:

Breakfast: 4 eggwhites with mushrooms 6:30

snack: kashi crunch bar -10

Lunch: 1 yogurt 1 cup of cereal-1

snack: almonds-2

Dinner: 1 serving cucumbers 5 oz shrimp-615

Exercise PM. -

I would be really hungry during the day. I'm not realy a night time eater but for some reason since I start this new job where I"m sitting at the desk all day I'm always hungry!

I would buy some whey protein and drink a post-workout shake. You need to feed your muscles to have them grow, especially post-workout.

The other option is workout in the morning before work. Then you burn most of what you eat during the day.

i have found, that if you slim down the size of your portions at each feeding, and add more feedings, that it helps with not being as hungry. I would suggest keeping the same amount of calories yet eat more often. It seems that when i get bored not only do I eat, but when I don't eat I just get hungry after awhile.

Try pounding a bunch of water before a meal.

Pineapple i bet the new job sitting at desk leaves you time to think of food which in turn makes you think your hungry.
Try drinking a pint of water when hunger prangs come as sometimes dehydration will trigger hunger signal.
And if not at work go for a brisk walk to take the mind off of food.
Once the apestat in the brain settles down you will re educate your body to require less food, not easy but you can do it

Watch out for hunger increases with ramped up intensity workouts especially cardio. I experienced it and so did gymgirl and minime I think.

If it happens please don't cram in more cereal bars and whole grain bread servings to satisfy it. Go with either high volume/ low cal veggies and fruit or low volume/ high cal nuts and seeds. Always eat a measure of lean protein with that.

Don't get tricked into thinking that you burn fat once the glycogen's gone in a long workout. Your body prefers to break down muscle tissue/protein at that point because it's faster than accessing fat for fuel.

cider vinegar is a great aid to the digestive system but with limits.
My youth brother has a capful in a cup of water with every meal.
And i must say he can eat like anything, so it must have some truth.
As he is as lean as a cheetah
