I just had what mightve been ... ...


the most incredible sandwich:


2 peices of good jewish rye

1/2lb boarshead low sodium roast beef

mustard (Plotchmans)

slice of Havarti



Microwave (using bread from freezer) for 40secs n slice

have with a side of broccoli and water...supps....enzymes

corned beef with a slice of asiago cheese on a chiapatta bun
