I know this is bad, but how bad

Hello all,

Been a bad DF'er I know, just getting back into the swing of things after going back to school. I'm still working full time which has put a "strain" on my eating habits to say the least. Heres the nitty gritty of my M-F diet.
Breakfast: Apple, 1x bowl of instant oatmeal, large java, bottle of water
1st Snack (1-2 hrs later): Package of almonds, 1x small yogurt package or half cup 1% cottage cheese
Lunch: 6.5 oz can of tuna drenched in olive oil (I hate tuna)
2nd snack (1.5-2 hrs later): Package of almonds, few w/w crackers
Dinner: 1x piece of chicken/beef w/ cottage cheese and broccoli
3rd snack (1 hour later, before bed) Muesli or fruit cereal

Edit: The water issue is redudnant, I didn't feel the need to point out the 4-6 litres of water I drink every day.

For expenditure purposes this is what runs my 6'2 196lb frame through work/class from 8:30 AM till 6-8:PM (dependant on the schedule). Terrible I know but
1) I'm not purposefully starving myself, I'm just not conciously hungry; I don't stop moving throughout the day until 8-10PM which I suppose keeps my mind off food
2) For the last 3 weeks I have literally not been able to lift. Cliche'd I know but in all honesty the gym is open from 8-10 and I have classes spread out throughout the day until 9:50 PM. I'm working on finding a 24 hour gym.
