Hey... I'm about 5'8, 150 and am not happy with my abs. I'd like to loose some weight in that area. I'm planning to start a sort of cutting cycle after the regional track meet (April 30th). I need some advice as to what I need to eat, how long I should draw it out for, and what supplements I should buy to help me look better this summer. Like I said I'd like to loose some of the weight on my abs. I have some 100% Whey Protein already also. Thank you!
