I drink Green tea all the time. Tea is very healthy assuming you dont overload it with sugar or honey or stuff.

Do a search on the boards for Tea and you will find quite a few threads where this was discussed before.

Whenever i go out to a restaurant, I always order ice tea.. plain/no sugar.. its much more refreshing than soda and no calories!! sometimes when i want it sweet, i just add some equal.. i might as well save the calories for the food i'm eating..

I drink green tea without sugar. There's no need for sugar IMO.

I do the samething. My father always drank tea with no sugar becuase he disliked soda. Now, I always keep it in the Fridge and order it when I am out. Add some lemon if you want.

Sweet tea - it must be sweet, although, I drink only a little of it.
I don't drink soda - never have liked the way the carbonation made my throat feel as if I'm drinking acid. It just burns.
I like juice, but it has to be watered down or else it's just too strong.
My favorite - Water

I drink sun tea during the summer all the time with a splash of cranberry juice or splenda and a lemon. Another good drink is seltzer water and Rose's lime juice.
