Hey guys, just some Help i can offer to people that might be Lactose Intollerant or get slight stomach uneasiness from consuming Milk
Ok heres the Deal ill explain it and then list the solution
Ok guys i have been training for about 1 year now, and during my time obviously MILK is a very good source of calcium / protein, and when i would normally have probably around 300-500ml. of Milk i would get like some stomach uneasiness where all i want to do thereafter is liedown.
My solution to this, i figured out by mistake, as i drink my Milo with my regular glass of milk i decided to one day add 2ice cubes to my glass, and also 3-5 teaspoons of icecream which are mixed vigorously ( i use vanilla so that it doesnt bring the drink a whole different flavour but nicer ) nehows, after i proceeded to do this i noticed that i coudl drink all the milk even scull it and i woudlnt get any of the stomach uneasiness, now some can not believe in what i've written, probably it just works for me but give it a shot

becuase it wont Hurt to try it, it has definitely helped me drink my milk/ milo with ease

) and it also works for me with milk / anything else with it mixed
So guys if you have the stomach uneasiness that ive listed, dont hesitate to give it a shot, i tried asking my sister which is a Nutritionist (Honours) if she knows anything about what the addition of the icecream does to my milk, but she said it shoudlnt reduce the effect, but for me it does
