Hey people,
I'm am a 17 year old guy who just weights 135 lbs. I want to begin bodybuilding and I would like you to give me good ideas of
natural foods that can give me the energy needed, the proteins and the carbohydrates(don't even know what those are needed for) in resumé, food that can improve my strenght and
muscle mass.
If you have a link or something that can help me, it would be useful since trying to find a natural way to bodybuild on internet often leads to a commercial site or something like that.
