Roasted chicken? Tuna? a nice big juicy steak?

You could opt for protein powder as well, but I prefer solid food in the morning.

You probably don't HAVE anything at your house right now, because I'm sure that you went around and looked on the nutrition table on the side of the box. But here are a few choices of little snacks that don't have/have little carbs:

Tuna dip (mayo, relish, tuna.... I like to put mine on Pork Skins)
Eggs
Peanut butter
Almost all nuts
Spinach
Protein shakes
Soy milk (non flavored, I think it has 6g carbs)

Hmm I can't really think of more, but those are some things you should get at the store.

Many protein sources will have traces of carbohydrates. Generally speaking, if you are trying to avoid carb sources later in the day, trace amounts will certainly not hinder your goals.

Note that several of the sources listed above are great substitutions for egg whites: tuna, lean chicken breast (skinless), whey|soy|egg protein powders, even cottage cheese (very low carb content as compared to its protein offering).
