Inconvenient 4th meal time - suggestions?

I have classes from 11:30 - 2:30, after which I go directly to the gym and get back at 4. There is no way I can fit in a meal, particularly during class. The breaks between classes are just to walk from class to class (literally a minute) and I'd rather not eat directly before gym, I'd puke.

What can I do about this? I know I need to eat between those hours as I'm sure a 4 and a half our gap is soo great for my 6 meal plan....

Protein bar? Meal replacement bar? Sandwich packed in your bookbag? A big handful or three of nuts?

Have two. They really aren't the best choice - but if it's all you have time for or are able to get - it beats nothing.

Myoplex protein bars have 400 calories in each of them. I think 30g protein and like 70 or 80 carbs, somewhere round there. Good luck eating one in a minute though, they don't look real big but they are DENSE. Anyway, I picked them up at Odd Lots/Big Lots for $0.89 each.

Also, you could blend up a scoop of whey and a couple TBS of peanut butter in skim milk in the morning and pour it in a water bottle or something. Just give it a little shake and drink down, it'll stay good for a while if you can keep it cold. Hm, I don't know how long I would trust it at room temp, though...
