Mixing up multiple servings of Protein in advance???
Hey guys.
Anyone know is it bad to mix up a few batches of
protien shakes
in advance.
Much rather just mix up a big pitcher or a half gallon and have them ready for tomorrow or so.
Does the stuff have any supplements or such in it that are time released or such that may go bad?
I use On's Whey. Would like to do enough for tomorrow and be done making a mess in my blender ( i put pb and oats in it).

I do that all the time. I usually make a big 3 scooper, have some before the gym, and finish the rest afterwards in the car. It doesn't seem to settle very fast and I haven't had any problems with it. So Rock on.
