In general the diet I recommend my clients goes like this.
Protein: 1-1.5 grams per pound of lean body mass (depending on how much exercise you are doing)
Carbohydrate 0.8 - to 1.2 (depending on how much exercise you are doing)
Liquid Fat 1 TBS per 100lbs body weight
Supplements I recommend are fish oil at 2-4 grams per day, multivitamin, and a
protein powder if it helps them follow the diet
