I have been eating one serving of sweets a day for about the last 4 months and have not gained any weight.
I still work out 4 days a week, so is that one serving of sweets really that bad?
I went through the
weight loss phase and dropped 20-25 lbs and increased all my lifts. So If I am trying to add more muscle will this hurt or slow it?
Isnt the whole thing if I burn off those bad calories, then its ok? And now its easier for me to burn the calories since I have lost weight and gain muscle, and we all know
muscle burns more calories then fat. (I am guessing I have added muscle during the last year since I can lift more, and I weigh less.)
Are all you dedicated lifters really eating NOTHING BUT clean foods and NO junk food?
