Question

What?!

I don't eat pizza while bulking because I have to keep my fat so low to be able to eat enough. While cutting though, I get deep dish pizza and toss the crust - high fat, low carb cuts are so much fun.

What do you mean by this? I have 2 hand tossed pizzas in the fridge but don't want to eat them because I'm cutting. I want my abs to show. I am happy with everything except my belly and my love handles. I can't get rid of those. I was reading some posts about the Atkins diet and then a high fat diet. What the heck do I do? Do I just start a calorie deficient diet that consists of below 20 carbs and protein shakes?

I enjoy making my own Pizzas, I usually have 1-2 a week, buy a wholewheat base and a tomato sauce. As for toppings I usually cook some steak, cut it up and throw some onions and peppers on there. Finished off with some grated light mozerella. mmmmm

im not sure if its carlon colker, or maybe it was another book I read, but they suggest that a great cheat meal/ or after workout meal is a loaded pizza... not saying its the best thing to do, theyre were just suggesting, if you wanna treat yourself, you really cant go wrong with a pizza as long as you eat it at the appropriate time.
