is it alright to do 40mins of jogging and 40mins of freeweights(including situps and pushups) a day, every day of the week
i eat 5 small meals a day now, all healthy =). I dont feel as though i'm overworking anything at all, if anything i feel like a $million. Through this 6meals a day does anyone think i will be able to lose about 1cm, 1/3 of an inch from the backs of hips and lower abdominal area in about 6 weeks(my school break).
breakfast: cereal with saltanas, 1 glass of actual orange juice
brunch: chicken and lettuce sandwich(wholegrain bread) 1 glass of water
lunch: fruit salad with 2 glasses of water
what ever is after lunch: banana and small yogurt, and 1 glass of water
dinner:either rice/vegies/salad with fish or red meat
, 2 glasses water =)
Or am i going to destroy myself?
