Postworkout nutrition in cutting - insulin spiking carbs ?


Should I still take insuling spiking carbs after workouts when cutting ?
After cardio ?
After weights ?

Right after an intense workout is probably the best time you can consume carbs of that nature. Your body craves them for a reason. And it will help prevent strength loss, take that from me

I would have the majority of your carbs AROUND your workouts, before and right after, and then have your carb cutoff.

This will also help ease your cravings later in the day, when you struggle not to cheat. At least it does for me. :/

My opinion is that you can still take them in moderation right around workout time.
