Protein food for Breakfast

Hi. I need some help in fixing my breakfast meal. Here is what I'm eating right now.

600 Cal [42P - 86C - 10F] <== Optimal Diet

Breakfast 596 Cal [41P - 89C - 7F] <== Mine

2 Waffuls, 7 Egg Whites, Syrup, Turkey

Waffuls 08P - 62C - 06F - 340 Cal
Eggs 24P - 00C - 00F - 096 Cal <== Too many egg whites
Syrup 00P - 25C - 00F - 100 Cal
Turkey 09P - 02C - 01F - 060 Cal <== Eat on alternate days

Total 41P - 89C - 07F - 596 Cal <== No fruits or fruit Juices

1. I'm eating WAY too many egg whites [7]. I don't want to eat that much on a consistent basis.

2. I'm eating Turkey / Ham for breakfast on alternate days [I have two different meal schedules] and I don't want to end up eating meat every day of the week for breakfast.

3. I dont' have any fruits / Juices and I think I should add them for the variety but they end up only contributing carbs and little else.

If anybody has any suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

Gawd that's a lot of food, but of course I'm only 5'4" and 125. You must be bulking.

Do exactly as you said:

You can alternate eggs and the meat on different days. Cut your oatmeal down and add come fruit for more variety.

You know what to do.
