Question About Bread & Bagels

Hey guys, just wanted to know how do you guys store your bread or bagels? I've read that they are only good at room temperature for a few days, but will get stale quicker if you store it in the fridge. So how can you store them for 1-2 weeks? Thanks

You really can't keep bagels fresh for 1-2 weeks, but if you store them in an air-tight jar and then steem them before you eat them, it might help.

I personally don't eat bagels, as they have a high GI and not much nutritional value. If I ever get bagels, they are all gone in 1-2 days max.

Freeze them. I typically make enough bread to last 3-4 weeks. I freeze most of it and then take it out the night before to thaw as needed.
