if this first meal is going to be your breakfeast, have something decent and filling. Try oatmeal seeing your going to need protein aswell as carbs. Check out cursors recipie section for great recipies.

If not oatmeal, eat a bowl of healthy cerial which has decent amounts of protein or have toast with eggwhites, just make sure your getting plenty of protein and carbs in one way or another. My advice....go with the oatmeal, goodluck
