quick question

hey everyone.. just a quick question.. im on a cutting diet and my daily carb intake includes 1 whole wheat bagel for lunch and 1, maybe 2 bowls of white cooked rice for dinner. im still confused about calculating this but is this too much carbs for one day?

P.S im currently looking for anyone with some knowledge on cutting and weightloss to help me understand things more clearly.. I prefer if that person used an instant messenger. i prefer this cause i have so many questions, if i were to ask them all my thread would be 3 pages long.. so if anyone has some time and likes to answer questions.. lets hook up! msn : kevin_tiao@hotmail.com AIM screenname :kevintiao

thank again!

I'm no expert on cutting, but that doesn't sound like it would be too much carbs. You'll need some to provide energy for your workouts. 2 bowls of white rice could possibly be too much for one meal, but it depends on the serving size and what else you eat with it (I assume not just the rice).
