hey everyone.. just a quick question.. im on a cutting diet and my daily carb intake includes 1 whole wheat bagel for lunch and 1, maybe 2 bowls of white cooked rice for dinner. im still confused about calculating this but is this too much carbs for one day?
P.S im currently looking for anyone with some knowledge on cutting and weightloss to help me understand things more clearly..
