Replacing 2 Eggs (nutritional values)

Right now I have 2 eggs scrambled with pepper at around 11am as my #2 meal right between breakfast and lunch. Im kinda getting sick of the eggs and wanted an alternative. Here is the info I got off of fitday for the 2 whole eggs scrambled:

2 Eggs, whole, cooked, scrambled
201cals/15fat/3carb/13prot

Anything similar I can substitue? Maybe some jerky? I would like to get the same ammount of protein and similar cals...........if its lower in fat thats an added bonus........but I would rather not replace this with anything carb related.

Thanks in advance!

Getting the protein and fat would be trivial, a piece of meat. Getting the level of vitamins and minerals in a quality egg is however difficult, they are among the highest in regards to various essential nutrients.

If you are also scrambling the eggs basically as they are, this also makes them very bland. Try adding some sharp cheese, thick cream, coconut milk and or shredded meat, a small amount of diced intense vegetables (peppers, garlic, ginger, etc.).

They also go well over very crisp breads, sliced thinly, ande made from decent flours, the carb content is very low.

I would also suggest looking at other ways to cook them besides scrambling them, besides boiling, poaching and frying, look into separating them (beating the whites and yolks to thicken) and making custards and ice creams.
