Some suggestions for raising my weight (all feedback appreciated)

Hello all, here is my situation.

I am 18, and weigh 60kg (sorry i live in Australia that works out to be about 132 pounds i think). I've started lifting, and having protein shakes with creatine and flaxseed oil added in. but in one month, i haven't seen any change on the scales, i have weighed 58-60 for the last 3 and a 1/2 years. What am I doing something wrong? While supplements will obvious help me(i am not sure which ones exactly) I am joining the army next year, so I don't wanna start using too many supplements, as I won't have the opportunity to carry heaps of tubs around with me.

My daily diet consists of:

meal 1-breakfast- 8 weetbix(go aussie) with milk and brown sugar, two pieces of toast and a large glass of milk

meal 2- two tins of tuna, large chocolate milk, piece of fruit

meal 3-lunch-two chicken and salad rolls, fruit, and about a litre of water

meal 4-protein shake with creatine and flaxseed oil, regardless of workout day or not, plus what ever is really lying around the house

Meal 5-dinner- soup to start with, followed by meat and either salad of cooked veges(weather depending), about one litre of water

There is obviously something I am missing out on, but I can't figure out what.

All feed back is aappreciated.
Cheeers.

you could certainly eat a lot more fat, nuts/nut butters are a great way to get in extra calories. Also start adding olive oil to everything, each tablespoon you get in is another 120 calories (i think, or is it 140)

more milk if you can stomach it, go with whole if you aren't already.

good luck!
