Super cheap bulk calorie suggestions needed...

I know that was an odd topic headline but what I need are some suggestions. I've thought about it alot and I am stuck in limbo-ish. What I need is to add another 500 calories to my diet daily. I am dirt poor, I mean dirt poor! lol I need some suggestions from you folks on a VERY inexpensive, quality food product I can buy at the grocery store that will allow me to add these calories throughout the day. My list of already consumed foods is;

Yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Chicken
Rice
Pre-packaged Salad
Whole Grain Bread
Natural Peanut Butter
Oats
Fruits (Bananners, Melon, Strawbabies etc,...)

Any help is appreciated, just trying to get some ideas. Thanks!

You could add the following:

Milk (skim or 1%) - very cheap when bought in gallon size- and EVEN cheaper when you buy it in powder form and mix it up yourself!

Turkey breast

Extra Lean Ground Beef - pretty cheap when bought in bulk

Eggs - very cheap per dozen

Weight Gain powder (bought in big tubs is fairly cheap and you get tons of servings AND calories!)

Potatoes - You can get 10 pound bags of it for like $2.00! Will last you for weeks and weeks!

Beans are an excellent and very economical option. You can get them canned or dry (dry takes a *little* practice and you have to prep them ahead of time so they take a little planning too), they're high in protein and fiber, low in fat and they're easy to work into a lot of clean meals.

Canned tuna in bulk can also be a pretty cheap source of clean calories.

Go to the bulk food health food store and get some raw, shelled sunflower seeds, not the salted, oiled and roasted ones.

Around here they are super cheap. They are great to throw in salads and fill the hole of an avocado half.

Pepitas(the green pumpkin seeds) are even better, but they can be pricey.

Raw almonds and walnuts are concentrated calories too.

Both are loaded with protein and good fats.

thing about beans is you need to eat a whole can to get like 300 calories, they're a nice mix of protein, carbs, and fiber.

Usually a tablespoon of organic peanut butter (somewhat expensive, bout $6 for a jar, but can last for about 2-3 weeks) can add some extra calories to any meal or shake.

Yea as far as tuna is concerned, i wait until it goes on sale for like 3 cans for a dollar, then buy 4 cases lol. That's the best way to do it . :
