sushi


how healthy is sushi if my goal is weight loss

i mainly eat tuna sashimi and spicy tuna rolls and sunamono salads

can i consider that a healthy low fat meal

IMO these are good for you, but keep in mind you still need a suffiecient amount of fat in your diet even if your goal is weight loss.

fat and glucose are the two main sources your body uses for ATP (energy) when working out (haha i just started my ACE training- i'm becoming very informed)

obviously an excess of fat is too much and you have to make sure you are getting the right kind of fat. the fat sound in these, I am not nutritionalist but am pretty sure it's good fat

Sushi is not low fat, but as sweetdream pointed out, fish contains healthy fat, an essential element of a good nutrition plan. I see nothing wrong with it.

sushi is perfect for a meal that has weight loss as a goal. It tastes good, it has high protein, low "bad" fat level and if it comes with a side of rice it has a small carb component as well. Makes you feel satisfied, less hungry, for a low caloric measure.
