I have yet to find an excellent book that gives u all the nutrient facts of a large list of foods AS WELL AS the GLYCEMIC index and load values! that would be awesome!

there are 2 versions out .. the older one u can find cheaper and is still pretty dang sweet..
this book i actually bought while taking nutrition related courses a few years back in college. it is so awesome! its like my food bible! the book is a GIANT table comprised of any food u can think of, even combos! and tells u all the carbs, protein, fat, folate(iron) fiber, vitamins (A E C, B-6 B-12), %calories from fat, calories, weight in ounces, weight in grams, cholesterol mg, sodium, potassium....etc..
the beggining of the book tells u all the calculations u need to know... and the rest is all table full of foods, even beverages...
its an awesome resources for lookin up fruits, veggies, etc..
