here are a few resources i find the most valuable... if anyone else could post their favorite resources (websites, tools, books) i would greatly appreicate it!

I have yet to find an excellent book that gives u all the nutrient facts of a large list of foods AS WELL AS the GLYCEMIC index and load values! that would be awesome!

i have placed at least 15 orders through them total with not a single problem

5lbs. optimum nutrition 100% whey chocolate = 25.99 + 4.90 shipping

"Are you eating right?"
by Judi Morrill, Ph.D. and Sheri Bakun, B.S.

there are 2 versions out .. the older one u can find cheaper and is still pretty dang sweet..

this book i actually bought while taking nutrition related courses a few years back in college. it is so awesome! its like my food bible! the book is a GIANT table comprised of any food u can think of, even combos! and tells u all the carbs, protein, fat, folate(iron) fiber, vitamins (A E C, B-6 B-12), %calories from fat, calories, weight in ounces, weight in grams, cholesterol mg, sodium, potassium....etc..

the beggining of the book tells u all the calculations u need to know... and the rest is all table full of foods, even beverages...

its an awesome resources for lookin up fruits, veggies, etc..

below is a sample pic i took of what the table looks like in da book! pretty kool!
