Just curious if those of you who do your workouts in the evening still do a high simple carb,
protein shake after your workouts and then eat a sizeable dinner before bed?
The reason i ask is when i get a job its more than likely going to be a morning job which means my workouts will move to evenings. I am hesitant about making my largest meal of the day my last as far as gaining fat. Also the whole eating a large
complex carb meal about an hour before is difficult to do.
Does anyone do this with success? What are your all's opinions?
