Trick Your Tummy - Share Ideas!

OK - so I know alot of you are very used to eating your meals plain without bells, whistles, sauces, etc. I am definitely NOT there yet. So, what are everyones healthy recipes that seem to "trick" your stomach into thinking it just pigged out on some really bad anti-health food. Here are 3 of mine.

DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER
-1 Healthy Life low-carb white bun
-2 Vegan Boca burger patties
-1 slice fat free american kraft cheese
-Ketchup, Mustard, Fat Free Mayo
-Lettuce and tomatoe

Cals = 250 || Carbs = 15 || Protein = 22 || Fat = .5 || Fiber = 10

FAUX TACO BELL BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITO (2 count)
-2 Mission Brand Low-Carb Tortilla's
-4 TBSP Taco Bell brand Fat Free Refried Beans
-Small handful of Shredded cheddar
-1 TBSP Taco Bell brand Fire Sauce (use mild if you like )
(tip - spray fat free parkay butter on outside and if you have access, grill in a quesadilla maker but only closed loosely on it. if not, microwave works just fine.)

Cals = 300 || Carbs = 34 || Protein = 19 || Fat = 9 || Fiber = 16

FAUX TACO BELL CHILI CHEESE BURRITO (2 count)
-2 Mission Brand Low-Carb Tortilla's
-1/2 cup turkey chili
-Small handful of Shredded cheddar
-1 tsp Black Pepper (mixed in the chili)
-1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)

Cals = 210 || Carbs = 20 || Protein = 25 || Fat = 11 || Fiber = 19

I'll post more if I remember later. Anxious to see everyone elses!

Tuna tacos!

1 can of tuna
2 low carb tortillas "Mission"
lettuce, salsa, FF shredded cheese
cumin powder to taste

Just put a bit of cooking spray in a pan, drop in the tuna and mix in some cumin. Fill the tortillas and add the rest. Tastes great!

Cals = 455 || Carbs = 38 || Protein = 46 || Fat = 6 || Fiber = 23g

I think your number might be off a bit. Those tortillas are 110 cals a piece and have 18g of carbs.

Just a note:

Shredded Cheddar and shredded Mozarella cheeses are also available in fat free versions from Kraft. There are also reduced fat Monteray Jack cheeses in a couple of other different brands, although I've only seen them in block style.

Sour cream is also available fat free, for that extra touch on your faux mexican dishes.

ya, i usually use the reduced fat sour cream (forgot to add that) because it's so minimal if used sparingly that it doesn't hurt anything. there's a HUGE tast difference between the fat free and reduced fat sour cream. just not worth it to me...lol
