UK people - recommend me protein!

I've been using Body Fortress for a good while now, switching flavours occasionally and while I like the taste of Natural Whey Protein from Body Fortress blended with bananas, it does give me serious gas. I'd rather go without the stuff then live with the gas so here I ask:

Can the UK members here recommend some protein that I can order online or purchase in a store, that is less likely to give me gas?

That's all, and thank you

I'm not from the UK, but are you lactose intolerant (or do you think you might be)? If so, I'd suggest trying a whey isolate instead of concentrate. The isolate has almost all of the lactose removed, so it won't cause gas.

Isn't body fortress the stuff from Holland & Barrett? If so stay away from it, it's only about 2/3rds Protein and the rest is some really crappy sugars.

Go for Dymatize Elite. It fluctuates in price but if you shop around online you can buy it for £25-£27 per 5lb tub. Best flavours IMO are Choc Mint & Berry Blast. It works out cheaper than Body Fortress per lb as well.

Yeah, I buy Body Fortress stuff from Holland and Barrett.

Can you recommend a site that I can trust for protein?

I order online frequently but haven't ordered protein and part of me thinks I'll be sold inferior protein.

I've always used EAS Myopro: http://www.sncdirect.com/proteins/myopro-whey.html

Never had any problems with it
